ABOUT OUR SPEAKER
Jennifer Remling is Director of Global Recruting for AKQA and author of Carve Your Own Road: Do What You Love and Live the Life You Envision. She has been in the recruiting industry for the past 14 years and has seen the changes in how companies recruit talent. Prior to her current position with AKQA, Jennifer worked for several companies including 360i, Talent Source and Sapient.
After traveling the world and interviewing thousands of interesting people, she realized something was missing. She had become successful by all traditional standards, but she simply wasn’t fulfilled — and neither were many of the executives she had recruited throughout the years. Today, Jennifer’s passion for understanding the entrepreneurial spirit is helping people redefine how and where they work to achieve career fulfillment on their own terms. A frequent speaker on the topic of professional development, Jennifer has been feature in major media outlets.
