Summer 2022 AMA SF Externship Academy

During the summer, the American Marketing Association San Francisco Chapter implemented the first-ever Externship Academy. The ten-week program provided externs the opportunity to work with a business professional to gain real-life marketing experiences focused on learning and career development. Each extern cohort was paired with a mentor who supported externs throughout the entirety of their ten experiences- thank you to our mentors.

A big thank you to our extern hosts Luke from West Coast Wholesale, Melisa and Aaron from Troops Direct, Gerardo from the Asian Table, and Erin and Amy from Erin Parsley Dance who have provided our externs the opportunity to work in the entertainment, CPG, cannabis, and non-profit sectors- and a big congratulations to our externs for their amazing work and participation in this first of its kind program!

Left Coast Wholesale

Left Coast Wholesale is a dedicated team of growing experts with deep oots in the cultivation industry. They manufacture and distribute top-quality products to retail stores and online merchants throughout the United States. LCW has sub-brands like Sungrower and Gardentap.

Erin Parsley Dance

Steps to love is creating more intimacy, connection, romance, and harmony between couples. Teaching them how to be present with themselves and each other. Fostering conscious teamwork both on and off the dance floor.
